    Nice topic! Starting from the murder due to stress of caring for an elderly person is an excellent start.

    I think your thesis about 1) increase psychological care for the elderly, and 2) increase support and care for the family care-givers is very good.

    In your outline, I hope you will include a section that explains HOW to do those two things! Good luck with your research of how the system can be better. Very simple solutions are fine...who should do what? The city office? NGOs? Hospitals?

    Good luck with writing the draft and continuing your research. If possible, try to talk to somebody who is involved in that. I'll look forward to reading the ideas you develop!
